Please note some items are excluded from the goodwill returns policy.

 

The products can be returned within 14 days after they have been received. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

 

To be eligible, please make sure that items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

-You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect when you submitting the return/ exchange request online.
